For nearly sixty years the Caranco business has been built on service and grown by reputation. However, as a market leader and product innovator, Caranco realises the need to meet the new requirements of today's busy market place and to this end has launched this comprehensive website. This is not a fully functioning e-shop, but an on-line catalogue to peruse at your leisure and to place orders from. Caranco wish to maintain the service to our customers and will call back to discuss each order to ensure we have interpreted your order correctly and that you have the best merchandise available to meet your requirements.

How to use? Please place chosen items in the baskets and when you have completed and checked your order at the checkout (to adjust your order quantities, etc, select 'basket' on the top toolbox line). Then, at the checkout, please complete your details and at the last stage press "DONE". This will e-mail your order to Caranco but no money will be taken at this stage. On receipt of your order we will check our stock before calling you to ensure everything is satisfactory before asking you for your payment details and confirming shipment.

Order values. Due to increased carriage and transport costs we have had to introduce a minimum order value, except for 'collections' from our showroom. The minimum goods order value will be £25 from 1st April 2006. We believe this to be fair and still offer good value. Please call our sales team to discuss any individual requirements.

Direct e-shop ordering and payment. At some time soon we will allow the immediate order and on-line payment of some items to speed up the processing procedure. However, we will still offer the choice of discussing your requirement before confirming.

Every day between 8.45 am and 9.00am and 12.45 & 1.00 pm Caranco will be conducting sales training within our showroom. During this time we will have a skeleton staff covering the telephones.

We will endeavour to maintain our service, but ask that you bear with us for this one hour as this "hands on" product training is very important to our continued support of you, our customers.

Caranco would like to thank all our customers for their valued orders. However, we would like to point out the implications regarding the receipt of goods delivered by third party carriers. Caranco draw your attention that your consignment MUST be checked prior to signing the carrier's note. If the notes are signed without checking the goods, any future claims for damage or faults will be null and void.

Any goods found to be damaged should be noted before signing. We will be unable to offer credits or replacements for goods where the delivery note is not signed DAMAGED.

As per our conditions of sale all damaged/refused deliveries have to be notified to us in writing within 3 days of receipt/refusal of goods. Failure to do this will jeopardise any claim.

Caranco charge a very competitive £ 7 for all loads up to 20 kgs for deliveries to mainland UK destinations.
Target areas outside of this will be quoted separately for you to acknowledge and agree before shipping.
Please note that carriage charges for large consignments (over 20 kgs) will be quoted prior to despatch.
Delivery charges quoted for products such as; wall cladding products, counters, glass products and palletised loads, will be estimates, as the true weight is not known until despatch.

Caranco endeavour to despatch all orders same day for a next day delivery and currently succeed for over 85% of all orders received. However, this can only be done where stocks allow.
Orders placed before 1200 hours (midday) will be shipped as one consignment for a next day delivery. Although some orders placed after 1200 hours may still be despatched for a next day delivery, they will be processed separately.
Balance orders will be despatched within 30 days having first discussed your requirements with you.
For the purpose of our shipping policy, 'next day' means goods arrive the day after leaving Caranco.
